Bolivia's indigenous President Evo Morales is back: two of the state governors who bitterly opposed him have been ousted.
The US is calling for a "unity dialogue." Funny: I don't recall the Americans doing that when Stephen Harper won a minority government back in January 2006 in another bitterly divided nation. Perhaps they only talk down like that to brown folks.
