His name is Kevin Brozny. This photo was taken during the March 21, 2009 "White Pride" march in Calgary. Brozny has been in and out of jail over the past few months. He also says he plans on moving out East, we presume to Ontario.
SteveC, my speculation is that "tattooed loser living in mum's basement" didn't fit in the box.
