Scrape around in the dross and you occasionally find something valuable. David Margolick's article in Vanity Fair about the subsequent lives of Elizabeth and Hazel is a simply wonderful piece of writing.
PS: Kathy gets it wrong; the two women are not friends. Maybe she should take a break from Muslim-slagging and read the article too.
